If you want to reduce your weight then you have to forget outside junk food and make habit to take home made probiotics foods.

e.g. Curd, Fermented Beans & Vegetables, Sourdough (Khamiri Roti) etc

Some Important habits you need to maintain  

  • Take any food (like green vegetable) forms as natural as it is.
  • Make a habit of taking Fermented Beans everyday
  • Eight Hour Sleep must
  • Do exercise regularly ( any form like Yoga, free hand, Running, walking, muscle building etc but in limit), if some day you are not feeling well do easy yoga & Pranayama (practice of breath regulation) is must everyday for minimum 15 minutes with any form of exercise.
  • Don’t take stress for any reason – (because you can’t improve the situation by taking stress rather you need to act in right direction to improve it.)

Be Hydrated

Take daily any fruit which help you to increase internal health keep you energetic for entire day.

Drink enough water regularly in interval, only improving food habit is waste if you are not drinking water in proper quantity and in proper way. Like never drink water with your foods, you have to take water minimum half an hour before of taking food and 1-2 hour after taking any food. Take minimum 3-4 Litres water regularly. water if in lukewarm form than that  will be good avoid taking cold water. avoid drinking more water in night as it will create extra pressure in your kidney.

  • Start your day with with super foods like Nuts & Seeds (Peanuts,Almonds, walnuts, cashew, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seed, hemp seeds etc). these doesn’t need to be cooked take it as it is, these are rich in protein and fiber which will make you fit and reduce your belly. Take any of these in morning in empty stomach, quantity not too much like half a small bowl is enough. Take fermented beans for good rest and quick weight loss.
  • In Lunch you aim would be to take maximum protein so you can take any kind of lentils, green beans, cottage cheese, Bean Curd, Sea Food, chicken etc you can take but be careful that cooking must be done using less oil & does not be too spicy.
  • In Dinner aim on high fiber foods with healthy fats which comes from green vegetables with 2-3 high fiber chapatis made with millet. Green Vegetables are rich in fiber witch make you feel stomach full hence control your hunger.
